Latias is usually found alongside the legendary Pokémon Latios. We have only come across traces of Latias so far, but we may eventually discover traces of Latios too. When that happens, Latias’s strong bond with Latios should help with our research!

What does that mean!!!

maybe the skill makes it so if you have a Latias or Latios you can add 1 extra Latios or Latias
