Oracion. It was re-used in the I Choose You movie as an ending theme, with lyrics added to it, but only in the Japanese version. The English version got the I Choose You ending theme. I can't remember if it was a reference to what the Rise of Darkrai's ending theme in Japanese was, but I do remember it wasn't that movie's ending theme in English either.
I haven't played GO in years, I don't know. I'm going with the technically correct joke of "Spinda with a specific pattern" because it has around 4 billion different ones, not including shinies.
Don't give me an answer or hint to that third question I'd just built my first Leaf Hut last time I played and I don't want spoilers.
Klang or Simisear depending on what you mean by that. Honestly, I haven't checked any popularity polls in ages so I'm not sure about this.
Lugia. Somehow child me playing Ultra Moon knew that fact before watching its movie and made a team with all four of them. It confused me so much later on when I learnt more about Pokémon due to it being something only shown in that movie I had never watched before at that point and it's not hinted at anywhere outside of that as far as I could remember. Maybe I watched it when I was a smaller kid and forgot about it or saw a few clips.
