Can you choose your "highlight card" at a Prerelease?
I've played in only one other Prerelease before (Mega Evolution Base Set), and there were a few cards that set the theme of your deck depending on which one you got. I got Meganium, which is great because of its Wild Growth ability, so I'm really hoping to get the Serperior lineup at the Perfect Order event so I can assemble an epic Grass-type deck for the upcoming Standard. If I don't get the theme that I want, how would I go about getting the right cards?

If you are already at the Prelease event, then I would suggest trading with other players there after the tournament concludes. You might find someone that received a Serperior deck willing to trade. However, remember that you cannot trade cards in your Build & Battle Box as part of the deck building in the event; your deck must only have cards that came in your Build & Battle Box (and extra Basic Energy as needed).
