My thoughts on Pokemon Presents
Everyone's doing this, so I guess it's my turn now.
I wasn't really interested in most of the things that got announced. I don't really play Pokemon Go or Unite or anything like that. The one thing that really got my attention was Pokemon Winds and Waves. It was completely surprising. We know pretty much nothing about the gameplay, so it's entirely possible that it will turn out to be a disappointment. However, the graphics are good. Most of the games I play use pixel art, so I can't say I know a lot about how good graphics can be, but for Pokemon, this is a big improvement. The world looks really vibrant. Also, it seems that there might be a way to explore underwater, which could be interesting. I like the starters. If I get the game, I'm definitely choosing Browt. I'm not entirely certain what's going on with Windychu and Wavychu.
All in all, I think the game is fairly promising. I want to be optimistic and hope that it will be a really fun game. At the same time, I'm not sure I'll get it, even if it is good. I don't want to buy a Switch 2.
