My thoughts on the presents

Leaking an unreleased product is still nowhere near leaking someone's personal information.

it leaks the people who works there personal information too, so it’s still leaking personal information

Someone posting, for example, what the new Pokémon are, from an inside source isn't always leaking anybody's personal information, even if it's illegal for other reasons.

But they need the peoples personal information to get the leaks
Even if they don’t leak the personal information online they still have it

No they don't? For example, if I go to work at TPC (which would never happen, this is hypothetical) and post anonymously and leak something, I'm not leaking anybody's personal information, I'm just leaking unreleased information and secrets. It's illegal but not as evil as you're presenting it.

No to people who leak that don’t work at pokemon
(Also if you work at a game company pokemon and Nintendo is one of the best ones to work at, they actually care about there employees, unlike other corporations)

OK, how do these people get the leaks then? I've heard the big leak from 2024 was done through a scam, but where does the average leaker get their leaks? Do the employees get scammed daily?

I think hacking the workers information

Not all leaks are done that way, and even when they are the personal information is usually not mentioned. It's still nowhere near leaking a real human being's personal information, and when that happens it's a separately bad thing and doesn't mean every leak leaks people's personal info.
