Pokemon Go - PTC account
Hi,
I have been playing Pokemon go ever since the game was released.
I was using my PTC account to login there. Now, 2025 came and a lot of changes internally with Pokemon Go, I cannot seem to login anymore.
After a few days since I thought PTC was just down at that time - I was able to reset my password and login again but my account was already deleted.
I am back to creating a profile - which means that my hard-earned game data was delete.
I have been sending and repeating the same issue with Niantic-Pokemon Go support but they said that theres nothing they can do since they cant locate the account.
I been mentioning also to them that I have been telling you that the account was deleted and even in my Friend's friendlist in their account my account wasnt there anymore.
I am stucked. I do want to start from scratch anymore since I have already invested there to upgrade my bag and pokemon storage. :(
is there someone has the same case as mine? how did you resolve it? help a fellow trainer here. thanks!
