How does dmg get added up

First off I think mew is way OP especially because I'm expecting certain dmg amounts to come out but it's always 310 which knocks out all of the pokemon I have but I'm not understanding the attack process here when the attack is suppose to use your benched pokemon attacks and none are over 200 yet it does 310 to all of my pokemon.

It's using Choice Belt and Power Tablets to increase the damage.

there's 2 ways the deck can do 310 damage

    1) if you are playing against the double turbo energy version, they can copy genesect's attack, which does 210 (190 after the double turbo energy reduction), that 190 increases +30 for each power tablet they used that turn, or if they have the tool choice belt attach, 190 + 4 tablets or 3 tablets and a belt is 310 damage.

    2) If you are playing against the fusion energy version, in addition to what a said before, they can also copy meloetta's attack, which does 70x the number of fusion energy in their board, if they have all 4 energy they do 280, if you add 1 tablet or a choice belt, it hits 310 damage again.
