Serious Bug

Hello Support Team,

I would like to report a very serious bug I encountered in Pokémon TCG Live that directly caused me to lose a match that I had already secured.

During my turn, I attempted to inspect the Stadium card currently in play. After interacting with it, the screen became partially black/dimmed, as if the game was forcing me to select a card. However, no cards were visible at all — I could not see anything to select.

Because of this:

  • I could not view the Stadium card
  • I could not select any card
  • I could not cancel or exit the screen
  • The interface was completely locked

I was forced to wait while the timer kept running until my turn automatically ended. This resulted in me losing the match despite having a guaranteed winning position.
This is not a minor visual glitch — it completely blocks gameplay and removes player control, effectively deciding the match outcome unfairly.
I really enjoy playing Pokémon TCG Live, but experiencing a bug that directly causes losses is extremely frustrating and makes the game feel unreliable. If this type of issue continues, it seriously discourages me from continuing to play.
Please investigate this issue.
I would also appreciate if match logs could be reviewed, as the loss was caused entirely by the game malfunction and not gameplay decisions.
