It is taking all I have not to say this aggressively for I am very passionate about the topic...
Hercules is not Greek
He's Roman
Heracles is the original Greek hero that the Romans stole (along with all the other stories...)
And there are more differences between the names that can be found in Heracles' labors
However, the Disney movie is incredibly wrong and I hate it with a passion
First, they put the Roman Hercules with the Greek gods
They made Zues and Hera a loving couple and seem "Oh so great"
GUESS WHAT!!!
Heracles isn't even Hera's child!
He is the creation of get another one of Zues' affairs, and Zues named him Heracles (meaning Child of Hera if memory serves) just to anger his wife
Zues is a horrible man
Hades is actually one of the kindest and purest of the gods
Him and his wife Persephone are happily married
My man has never tried unleash the Titans, actually being the one that keeps them locked up to prevent mass chaos
Honestly, I could keep going about how wrong it is but those are the things that anger me most!
Long story short: Hercules isn't Greek and Disney was very wrong

It’s a really good movie,
Also I honestly don’t care if something misrepresents the culture even if it’s one I am, like I doesn’t happen a lot with my culture like Saludos amigos and three caballeros are really good representation,
But I also have autism and adhd and those are like some of the most oppressed minorities, and misrepresentation for stuff like that is bad, and ruins life, literally like young Sheldon, the fans of that show are genuinely unreasonable
