Opponent should be DQ after running clock down multiple times

Just ran into this issue. So, when a player leaves the app, they will eventually get a reduced timer and then be DQ if they don’t return to the app. However, if the player doesn’t leave the app and just runs the timer down, they just get a reduced timer each turn. They are never DQ. This should be changed so that the player is DQ if they have not taken any action in 2 turns.

What about reducing the timer farther and then on the fourth turn they are going to have a DQ?

I like having the timer be full, then 13/16ths, 11/16ths, 9/16ths, and the disqualified.
