New to Pokémon and loving the game
I am a 49yr old and had always thought Pokémon was a kids thing. But after looking at different cards tu collect along with my football ones I discovered Pokémon and can't stop playing 😀

I agree with you! I have a similar story, but yep, now I'm hooked too. You might be surprised to learn that people of all ages enjoy collecting and playing TCG as well as the other Pokemon franchise games. Actually... you probably wouldn't be surprised since you too now enjoy the world of Pokemon. Welcome!

How do you mean expanding from the cards ?. I have only been playing TCG live and trying out different decks. There is a lot to take in and learn but I am enjoying doing so. Thanks again for the welcome

For me, expanding from the trading cards includes, but isn't limited to, learning about the stories behind the Pokemon, watching the anime, reading the manga, playing some of the many platform or mobile games, interacting with others who like Pokemon (I guess that includes this forum, in real life, and multiplayer gaming), watching the youtube clips (real and fan-based), hugging an occasional plushie, collecting the battle or action figures... and the list goes on. Someday, it's on my bucket list, I may even eat at a Pokemon cafe!

Lol I may try a cake myself. But yes as I am new I am only just finding out but have started watching the pokemon horizons on Netflix to learn about ththe Animations better plus I have bought a couple of packs to start collecting and also it's nice meeting and chatting with new people on here

Lol I have not come across the Pokémon Ditto but then there is like 18k I believe so a lot to discover 😊
