How do I restart the tutorial?

I just signed in to the TCG Live game after struggling to get an account made for the last 4 or 5 days. I was super stressed and annoyed and just wanted to get through the all the popups and get to a point where I could start learning and in the process I guess I skipped over all the learning parts. I've poked around trying to find a way to restart the training/tutorial but I can't find anything. I'm completely lost. Is there any way to play this game without being matched up with real people?

No, you can't restart the initial tutorial.

The only way to play without being matched with real people is the "Test Deck" feature within the "Deck Editor", you'll play vs CPU, but be warned it plays poorly and also has several bugs.
