lol, I can’t guarantee 3 a day but I am possibly sick so I was stuck at home and had more time. I should be able to do one or two most days though.

OK, sneaking out I have thought out but training will be harder. Also I am having some people at my house for an early dinner so the afternoon part may not happen, or it will not happen in the afternoon.
