I'm just saying it's weird, because if you look at the people who have recently got badges, I see people I don't even recognize.

there are a group of members that are usually very active

There is a group of members that sometimes pop up from time to time

And there is a group of members that use to be active but not anymore

Well, if you are looking at badges there are a lot of people who log on for one day and barely do anything but are able to snag a badge in the process. Once you get to the higher badges, like the ones @clasingla and I are earning, then it will be people who at one point or another were really active.
