None. No side quests. I really don’t like them plus Pokémon has so few side quests (except for legends games but the second point still applies to them) and they are so poorly thought out.

Because you said that, I'll give my answer because it is thoughtful

It's in S/V

You find a Charcadet that has 10 either Sinistea or Bronzor (If S the tea and V Bron)

You then accept a quest to help out get to the place that you can trade the items for it to evolve

You get there, it evolves, it decides to join your team

This allows you to get Armarouge or Ceruledge in the opposite game plus build a relationship with the Charcadet
