Dates for Candy's Challanges
The dates have been planned and set for the challenges! If you haven't seen my post, I recommend checking it out! But without further ado, here's the dates for the next three months!
All Icy is Blue: Jan 11 - Jan 17
151 Memories: Feb 22 - Feb 28
Springs Of Life: Mar 22 - Mar 28
And here's the themes for each day!:
Sunday: Shiny Sunday! Find as many shinies as you can and post pictures!
Monday: Unite Monday! Let's run some unite matches!
Tuesday: TCG Tuesday! Let's hop on TCGL and just play!
Wesnday: Random Day! We can do anything we'd like!
Thursday: Theory Thursday! Let's do a little theorizing about pokemon and talk about our theories and headcannons!
Friday: Battle Day! Let's just battle! And if you beat me, ill trade a shiny the next day!
Saturday: Trade Day! Let's trade some pokemon and ill award yesterdays event with free shiny!
I made it so that February lands in between pokemon day so I hope that works!
Those are the dates, put them in the calender and put your teams in the comments. If you forgot the themes, check the last post i made on this and ill judge if certain pokemon are allowed!

I'm doing a playthrough on my ancient GBC(it's 26 years old and still works!!) and my Yellow version that I got with it(again still works!!). I have to think of a mono-Blue team and see how feasibly I can beat it(whether I need an HM slave or not…). As I look at HM compatability list and compare it with Blue chart… hmm… guess Oddish or Gloom will have to do for Cut, why Vileplume is considered Red ill never know(seems illogical). Strength and Surf are easily accounted for, will not have a Fly user and don't really need Flash(even if its incredibly useful for Rock Tunnel).
Just for the love of Arceus, don't make me do a Mono-White run on Yellow version. The ONLY Pokémon in the game that qualifies is Butterfree. Pink would certainly be viable because I can get Mew to be my HM slave but the first Pink Pokémon I'd get would be Clefairy at Mount Moon so I'd have to utilize Pikachu or w/e to get by Brock and Route 3 first.
I'll list my Mono-Blue team next week. Nidoqueen is guaranteed since she's all I need to beat Brock. Ditto Gyarados since I need a 2nd Pokémon for Misty and one that isn't vulnerable to Water like Nidoqueen is. After that… not sure. Probably could go the rest of the game with just those two, although I might add a 3rd just for insurance.
