card missing after trade

Good morning!

I traded cards with a player yesterday morning. (Full art supporters)

This morning when I logged in, what I received was gone and what I gave was not returned. So I lost 2 cards

I would like some help or explanation on this.

    It's a known scam... never trade 2 for 1 card. There are people abusing that "exploit".

    So always trade 1 for 1, unless you really known/trust the other person.

    Btw people abusing that exploit have been banned from the game. If you know the player id you can report it to the support, I'm sure if that’s the case they will help you and punish the scammer.

    There is a misunderstanding here then.

    I exchanged 1 card for 1 card. After the exchange, the card I received disappeared. And the one I sent was not returned either.

    Sorry I misunderstood, that never happened to me.

    Does the trade logs shown anything regarding that trade?
