ZA missing trigger in Mission 188

I finished collecting the 25k pionts by catching Hoopa in mission 196. I went to Ravan (i play in german), the mission shows on him as next step. He tells me ishould go to Gipson. When i talk to him the mission does not continue. Is it a bug or did i miss something?
