Crash on my switch several times!!

Its getting annoying almost everytime I played, my game crashed right after draft end and I ended up like a "troll player" whose afk in the beginning of the game. Also because of that I got experienced to lose my 30 points which if I win the match, my rank can get up to legend... It's kinda sucks and I'm so desperate!! I just hope developer can fix this crash ASAP cause to be honest its make me lose motivation to play the game.
