Deck building

Hey there people, I am new to TCG Live (played quite a lot TCG online back in the days).

My brother and I have an issue with deck building: we've got cards from decks we opened, both through codes and online rewards, but for some reason, we don't see some of them. For example, I just got the gold Mega Charizard EX from a random reward pack, but when I try to build a standard deck, the card does not appear on the list. I am talking about two different users that have the same issue. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

    Are you building a Standard format deck?

    And have you checked the selected filters in the deck builder?

    Also it stacks the same card with different rarities in "a single card", so you have to select the card you want and then in the dropdown scroll horizontally to find the rarity you own.

    I struggled with this myself as a new player. But when you click on the button 'available', you can choose different versions of the cards.
