Mobile Crashing
Hi. I'm experiencing a severe case of crashes on Android, and I desperately need to know if I'm the only one or not. these aren't midgame crashes like with most peoples' cases The crashes are outright preventing me from properly signing in. There's no error message either, it outright freezes the game.
This wasn't happening until a recent patch was dropped yesterday, and only after downloading that update and trying to log in, the game would not only freeze up as I tried to sign in once the download finished... But it crashed my ENTIRE UI and forced me to restart my phone almost every time I tried to log in.
I've tried everything, from clearing my device cache, to uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The only thing that helps is clearing the data, and even THAT didn't completely fix it. It just allowed me to play for that time. Signing back in again later presented the same issue.
And Support? They suggested all of the things I'd already tried, then basically said "well we don't have any further help for you unfortunately". Seemed like an AI generated response but i don't know. Is this happening to anyone else? Is it just a mobile issue or is my device suddenly not up to date, despite the fact that I've been playing on this device for nearly a year?

I've also been having this issue on android and I can't get into the game at all.
