What is going on I keep getting banned for no reason I don't even use the voice chat feature
So this is about the fifth time I've been banned from pokémon unite I don't use the voice chat feature at all there's too many mean people so I log into the game I always keep 100 fair play points All of my fair play points are gone and I've been banned from ranked matches until January the 4th 2026 how is this possible I don't even use the voice chat feature can someone please let me know I have submitted tickets and they tell me they're looking into it the next email I get says that I may not receive any further correspondence from them about the issue so my question of why I'm being banned has not ever been answered again this is the fifth time in a year and a half it's crazy! why???

I have emailed them they told me that they received my email and then they emailed me back and told me that they received my request but I may not have any more correspondence about this problem I have to work so hard because they took all of my fair play points I started back at zero again so when I got to 100 fair playpoints I went to go play a ranked match and then it told me that I was banned from ranked matches until January the 4th 2026 I don't know how I keep getting banned it's ridiculous
