Lance Hyper Beams the child with his 3 illegal Dragonite.
(Since not everyone has played the Johto games, this is a reference to Lance Hyper Beam-ing someone who might've been a Rocket grunt (I guess they're the bad guys but I think that was a little unnecessary. Especially since it was a whole Hyper Beam) and having three Dragonite who are at levels below the level Dragonair evolves into Dragonite when you first fight him in the Pokémon league).

OK, I think peony just kept it happy till it got off the bus.
Based off of the dlc for Sword and shield peony seems like he would just be amazing with a baby but still treats his grown up daughter like a baby and so it looks like he is the worst parent ever.

I think he counts, since he does appear as a normal NPC who was a Champion. If Mustard and Peony count, so does Red.
