How are you supposed to use Sylveon, anyway? I assume not my Draining Kiss+Wish+Sitrus Berry+Health EVs (I call it the Healing Tank)?

That's an option only if you don't choose to use Choice Specs (which I personally prefer, as it gives an instant Sp. Atk boost without taking a turn or more to use a move or cheer or item. And I don't need to worry about Sp. Def because I maxed out its Sp. Def EVs/IVs and Sylveon already has a high Sp. Def stat)

Yeah I always go for stat boosting move with Tera raids (eg azumaril with belly drum, Mewtwo nasty plot, etc)

I don’t play competitive but Sylveon is a Special Attack monster with Pixilate + Choice Specs taking Hyper Voice and turning it into a stronger Dazzling Gleam. There are counters to Hyper Voice, such as Throat Chop that was showcased in the Gen 7 Anime by Guzma to stop Primarina + Lana in their tracks but the thing that holds Sylveon back from being a true monster is it’s Speed and Physical Defense(HP and SpD make it capable of taking Special hits). Basically it’s a poor man’s version of Mega Gardevoir, although without having to utilize a Mega Stone for the power(and one wonders if the Specs outmatch the Mega stone). If you can Baton Pass some Speed boosts to Sylveon, it could sweep just about anything that isn’t a Fire, Steel or Poison type.
