What would you want in a new Pokemon animated series?
I'd love to have a more unique art / animation style.
Have a new trainer go on their quest to enter the Pokemon League like the original series?

Straying away from really popular Pokemon like Gengar and Lucario and giving attention to ones like Breloom and Weavile?

What if the protagonist isn't about adventure, friendship, or champion?
The point of their story is they (unwillingly) must save the world
I have a team I'd like and full on character design, but I don't know of anyone actuality wants to hear all that

So Arceus will play a huge role in this show, but not the same as in Legends
So the main character, Sofia, was born with "the mark of Arceus."
Her name is a Greek/Arabic name meaning "chosen one"
I want you to know that because it helps show just how much that means to the people around her
She comes from a small village and her birth meant a lot to it
Seeing the mark (it is Arceus's symbol on her right shoulder), they knew there was a reason for her coming to the world
So they immediately began training her
Since the moment she could walk, she had to go through intense stamina, strength, and mental training
Running miles without pause
Pushing boulders up hills
Things like that to be sure she was fit for whatever Arceus needed her for
The story will start on Sinnoh
She was given a Pokémon at a young age, too
Immediately taught how to battle
She had an Infernape by the age of 5 (raised it since it was Chimchar)
The last thing, which is what makes her very special, is because of the mark she can communicate with Arceus
It can telepathically talk to her and she can feel its emotions and, sometimes, visit it in dreams
The connection also gives her the ability to understand and communicate with Pokémon
Well, obviously being pushed into that treatment at such a young age made her hate it
Sofia hates waking up at the break of dawn to dash through a forest, up a hill hauling boulders, get to the top and have to do 100 squats, and come back down and battle 50 people daily just to go home when it's dark out and have no time or energy for something fun
It made her hate Pokémon battles, too, always being told she would be the best and have to use these skills to save the world and forced to harness these powers
She doesn't hate Pokémon, though
She loves her Infernape and all other Pokémon
She just hates training, battling, and, above all, Arceus for giving her the mark and all these expectations and abilities
She reaches the age of 12, and on her 12th birthday she decides to run
Her and Infernape leave the village, running with no place in mind
She's never left the village before, so the outside world is new to her and Infernape
After much aimless wandering, she finds a small farm and the family that lives there unofficially adopts Sofia
So the story actually starts two years after her running, so she's 14
She has been ignoring Arceus as much as she can
She sometimes gets a powerful emotion or she'll hear its voice in her head, but for the most part she can block it
The only thing she continues to accept is her ability to talk to Pokémon
At first, farm life was a bit strange to Sofia, but she quickly got used to it, actually enjoying it
Plus, she ended up getting free time, learning about new things she love
For example, she loves to read, something she never would have learned she liked at her village
The farmer family knows about her abilities and being the chosen one but they don't make a big deal or force her to train
Her strength and stamina make her very useful for carrying and moving things like crops, but they don't abuse her skills
She is happy
But one night, Arceus communicates with her, not allowing her to wake up
It tells her that there is a new, secret villain organization that is located in every region, planning on capturing and forcing the Legendaries from each one to control the world
Sofia tells it no, but Arceus pretty much says sucks to be you
She continues to refuse, but Arceus points out that if the criminals win, they are aiming to destroy current society and build a new one with them in power
That means that puts everyone at risk, even her family (farmers)
That convinces her, so she wakes up and starts packing for the trip, telling Infernape what's going on
Infernaoe should have a nickname
Its name is Zane
Anyways, she goes down stairs, where the family is
She sadly tells them of what she has to do, but promises she will return
Her mom gives her some food before Sofia leaves and the family says that when she returns they will hold a huge party for both her return and her saving the world
With that to look forward to, she begins her journey that will travel through every region
So she has long white hair and golden eyes that, when she is determined, literally shines
When she was young, she was only allowed to wear either white or gold (the colors of Arceus), so when she escaped and found her new family, she always requests dark colors, often black, kind of as a small way to rebel against Arceus and her village
When she leaves home, her hair is dark purple with maroon at the tips
She is very caring and friendly, however when in battle she becomes very irritated and constantly says "can we wrap this up already?"
Even against criminal bosses, she has the attitude
She is never worried when in battle, knowing that she is pretty much perfection
Even though she hates it, the training her village forced her to do still shows
Okay, so I might actually make this a story!
