Help to recover my Pokémon Account.

Recently, my account was banned.

I sent a message to customer support and only received automated messages.

I don't want to lose my account; I've invested over 3,000 hours and thousands of Mexican pesos there.

    You may recover it with the support, but depends witch was the reason you got banned... may be a soft ban, or if you did something extrem you might got serius ban.

    I don't know the reason, I only received the 100 years restriction screen.

    I know I'm not a saint, but I have insulted people who clearly come in on purpose to troll my games.

    But I've also been AFK many times because my game just crashes,

    You can check my Unite profile on UniteAPI "G7YF5FG" and Even if I'm not a perfect player, you can see that i don't have games where my stats put me as a toxic/bad player.
