"Korrina," Ange exclaims. What has she done! Ange can feel that it wasn't a Light of Ruin. This makes Ange more concerned than she already was do to having no clue what effect this will have on the blonde.
As the light from the beam disappears,Korrina is still standing, much to the heterochrom's relief. However, there's a bit of the problem. She has two giant black wings on her back!
"Whoa," the other girl exclaims, admiring her feathery wings. "How'd I get these?"
"That must of been what the beam was," Ange tells her. "I sent the power to you."
Korrina continues to admire them. "So, like, I can fly now?"
"I mean, I guess," Ange replies. "Until we can figure out how I can take them back."
Lucario comes up to Korrina, obviously in awe by the sight. Hesitantly, it reaches out, feeling the wings. "Softer than I expected," it mutters.
"I felt the same way the first time I felt them," Ange agrees. "Alright, Korrina, let me teach you a bit about flying."
Ange summons her wings, but they're smaller than usual. "That's odd," Ange mutters to herself. It must be because Korrina has some of my power, Ange thinks. When I share it, it weakens me.
"Everything okay," the blonde questions, breaking the heterochrom out of her thoughts.
"What? Oh, yeah, I'm fine," Ange answers. "Let's get flying!"
The two flap the wings powerfully, shooting off into the sky. The guru is a natural, easily maneuvering through the air. "This is amazing," she shouts, smiling widely.
"I know," the heterochrom hollers back. Ange can't help but return the smile. The two girls soar through the sky, doing flips and spins. The only sound they can hear is their laughter as they enjoy the flight.
After about half an hour they circle back to Hotel Z, landing gracefully at the door. They walk inside, where everyone is looking panicked. "I'm going to go find them right now," Paxton states.
"Find who,' Korrina asks. The whole room turns to them, looking relieved.
"Y'all," he answers. "Y'all went out and never came back in. We were getting scared."
"What's with your wings," Naveen inquires. This is when everyone else seems to realize they're there.
"Well, I may have accidentally shot them to her and now we don't know how to get them back to me," Ange explains.
"I'm not complaining, though," Korrina says. "These are awesome."
"I'm no expert or anything, but I'd say y'all just need to touch with the intentions of returning the power to give it back," L tells them.
Ange immediately moves to touch Korrina, but the blonde scoots away. "Do I have to," she asks.
"Yes, but I can let you use them again later," Ange says. Korrina sighs.
"Alright..." the guru responds sadly. The two high five, and in a bright flash of pink Korrina no longer has wings.
"That was fun," Ange states. "But I'm off to bed. Tonight was tiring. See y'all!"
They all wave as Ange disappears into the elevator. "I like her," Korrina says once Ange is completely gone.
