You can get the Mewtwonites right now by going to Mystery Gift in the Link Play menu and selecting "Get via Internet." No online subscription is required to receive Mystery Gifts that are distributed online (like the Mewtwonites and the Diancite), only a Nintendo account. After getting the Mewtwonites, go to the depths of the abandoned Lysandre Labs that's northeast (top-right) of Wild Zone 7 after completing the game.

Mega Lucario Z has also been announced for the DLC.

Description of Mega Evolution Z (which apparently functions differently from normal Mega Evolution), copy-pasted from the official site:

Pokémon that undergo Z Mega Evolution require less time to fire off moves after receiving the orders from their Trainer, but they also burn through their Mega Power very quickly, making them less suited for long battles. Z Mega Evolutions are most effective at securing a quick, decisive victory.

Description of Mega Lucario Z:

While Mega Lucario concentrates its aura into a destructive force, Mega Lucario Z uses it to surround its entire body, cloaking itself to increase its defense, flexibility, and agility. It can utilize its aura in a variety of ways, including stretching it into a shield or channeling it into physical blows by concentrating it into specific parts of its body, such as its legs or fists. Like Mega Lucario, Mega Lucario Z is a Fighting- and Steel-type Pokémon.

Some things that are only on the official Z-A website:

Mega Lucario Z

Category: Aura Pokémon
Type: Fighting/Steel
Height: 4'3"
Weight: 108.9 lbs.

A NEW FORM OF LUCARIO

It was determined to be a Mega Evolution rather than a regular Evolution, based on how its form changes through exposure to a Mega Stone and its increase in power far outshining that of an average Lucario. It is called Mega Lucario Z in order to differentiate it from the previously discovered Mega Lucario.

The long fur growing around its head and waist as well as its fan-shaped tail make it difficult to get a full view of Mega Lucario Z’s aggressive movements. In close combat, this can work to visually disorient opponents.

Areas of its body, such as the backs of its hands and its shins, have been hardened with steel energy. By concentrating its strength precisely into these hardened parts, it can deliver powerful blows that wouldn’t seem possible based on its appearance.
