Very niche and particular Dhelmise Anchor Shot bug

I was using Glaceon fighting against a Dhelmise in ranked (without Glaceon’s ability), and Dhelmise used Anchor Shot on me, and he was KOd as the second stun from Anchor Shot hit me, and I became incapacitated infinitely until another Pokémon inflicted me with a stun. This might just be a bug that nobody else will ever experience but I’m so confused as to what caused it?
