Redeemed carde
new to this game and just redeemed some codes but i haven’t received anything in game does anyone know what the problem is?

Were they "pack" code cards? I'm asking because some codes give you specific cards, promos, or other items that don't appear in a "rewards" screen, but are added directly to your collection. If that’s the case try to check your card collection (Card Dex) to see if the items are already there.

There are two ways to redeem your codes:
1) You can go to the TCG Live redeem web page:
Go to TCG Live redeem codes page and make sure you have loged in the site with your game account to be able to enter the code by typing it or scan the QRCode using the cam and recive the the packs, etc. ingame.
2) Or you can also redeem directly in the game app:
Login TCG Live then select "Shop" button > select the "Redeem" tab > enter the code by typing it or scan the QRCode using the cam.
