Even if you don't choose to use the Google and Apple credential login support with Pokémon TCG Live, all players will benefit from newly enhanced login functionality that utilizes modern browser technology for increased security, accessibility, and navigability. Once launched, players will be prompted to log in through the Pokémon Trainer Central website via their device browser before being redirected back to the game application.
To receive these updates, players on Windows and macOS devices will be directed to the Pokemon.com website to install the latest version of Pokémon TCG Live when clicking the Update Now prompt within the game client following maintenance conclusion on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Players on macOS who are encountering an error when attempting to log in should either fully restart the application and try again or download the latest installer version from the above link.
