I found an npc who claimed to be able to say every person's name. I went to interact and she warned it would take 6 minutes to remember. So when I said yes, it started to replay the credits of za. Is there an npc like this in every game?

There was one in PLA but I don't remember one in any other games. In gens 1-7 you could replay the credits by just beating the league again. I haven't played SwSh in a while (the only gen 8 game other than PLA), so I don't remember what happens there.
