Questions regarding the new Deluxe Pack ex

It's my first time using the forums so I don't know how possible it is but I would love if I could get the dev's or someone related to the dev team's input on these questions about the Deluxe Pack ex.
My current opinion about the Deluxe Pack is very mixed right now. While I like the idea of giving a pack for new people to get some of the older cards (by older cards I mean cards from past sets), I still fail to see how this pack will help the rest of the players. It seems to me that if you need a good amount of older cards this pack is very helpful to you, but if you need a small amount of older cards you are probably better off opening those cards' specific sets trying to get them. Also it seems to me like this set is not able to be completed by players not paying for the game, as they get 60 daily packs (2 pack energy * 30 days) and 10 packs from daily hourglasses (1 each 3 days), meaning they get 280 cards (4 cards * 70 packs) while the set has 379 cards in total. Even someone with premium would have a tough time finishing it with the 400 cards they receive from the packs they can open in 30 days.
So my questions (and the reason behind asking them) are:
• Why the shift from 5 cards to 4 cards? - It seems to me like this just makes it difficult to for players to get the cards they need while also making it more difficult/impossible to finish the Deluxe Pack ex set.
• In wonder picks, the 5th card is replaced by 2 hourglasses. Why not have players receive 2 hourglasses each time they open a pack from Deluxe Pack ex? - I think this would make more sense instead of receiving just 1 less card and would help players open more packs.
• I don't know if this is happening to all players, but I have seen cases of cards opened in the Deluxe Pack ex not counting towards the older dex. For example saw someone get a Moltres ex from the Deluxe Pack ex pack, but it didn't count towards the Genetic Apex dex. Is this intentional? - This seems like the main purpose of the Deluxe Pack ex, but it also seems like it either doesn't work or that it wasn't the actual intention of this new pack.
• To get both emblems you need to complete all the expansion missions while also getting the dex to at least 350 cards. Like I mentioned earlier, this amount of cards is straight up impossible for some people to get through packs, so is it intentional for people to not reach the required amount as of right now? - I know that the pack is available for a limited time now and that it will comeback sometime in the future (also not much info about that as far as I know), so I wonder if these emblems are more of a long term thing to get or if players are meant to be able to get them now.
• The older cards from the expansions included in the Deluxe Pack ex set are not already counting towards the Deluxe Pack ex set, even though they all have both the Deluxe Pack ex pack and the original pack on their card information. Is this intentional? - These older cards count towards the new missions but not towards the new dex, so I'm wondering if it could be a bug or if it is intentional to work this way.
I apologize for the wall of text, but would rather explain more in detail my intention with the question as it would help me get the actual answers I'm looking for.

Even for those of us who pay the premium, it will be nearly impossible to get every card in the deck. Opening packs doesn't guarantee that the cards will always be different.
Both the fact that it's not suitable for other decks and the number of cards make me think it's just a revenue-generating game with no fun for the user. If this doesn't change, I'll stop playing.

Regarding bullet 1: Because DeNA doesn’t care about the community.
Regarding bullet 2: Because that would actually help you… Can’t have that! Why not? Because that would imply DeNA cares about the community, and DeNA most certainly does not care about the community.
Regarding bullet 3: Yes, it’s intentional. Why? Because DeNA doesn’t care about the community.Regarding bullet 4: Yes, it’s intentional. Why? Because DeNA doesn’t care about the community.
