Ursaluna tm devo bug
Hi I used tm devo with bloodmoon ursaluna ex. As far as I know if I use that that doesn’t activate his effect where he can’t attack the next turn. But after using tm devo, the next turn I couldn’t use his the blood moon attack win. So I lost because I used tm devo activating his effect making him unable to attack that should only effect his blood moon attack as far as I know.
