Another horrible decision on the devs to remove function to ping teammate
I was aware that this game now does not let you ping your teammates, and their reason for this is that it's used more often with negative intents. As much as this is true, they're "clever" enough to ban this function instead of thinking about why there are many negative pings.
We all know how terrible the punishment system in this game works. If you use ingame voice chat (which is very common and useful in mobas), you almost get instantly banned if someone reports you. There is no real human checking whether the ban is legitimate, and it's insulting enough that they show you a line of text that says you'll be punished for incorrectly reporting others. So what, they think an auto-ban system has more authority to a match than players themselves? An official staff from the game on Discord even said, just don't use ingame voice chat. Then why would you design this function in the first place if you allow it to be so easily abused? Such imcompetence.
The developers seem to believe that the game would automatically be healthy and joyful if there are no displayed critiques, when in fact they just get suppressed. A match can and WILL go wrong. Teamwork can and WILL go wrong. It's just unprofessional and silly to not let critiques be displayed.

my evidence is having played this game from day one of launch and watched them actively choose not to implement sensible matchmaking improvements that are actually quite standard in this genre of MOBA games, actually. anyone with a sense of professionalism or pride or even curiosity about the work they produce, namely this game, would know about concepts as simple as role queue. I hope they’re paying you for the PR and damage control you’re doing for them! Keep it up!

You don't have to attack them like that. It's a simple disagreement. All games could be improved. All games have weak areas.
You feel ignored, but there isn't really any way to tell them these things. If you were to send them something like what you sent @Eremas I doubt they would care about a single thing you said because of how unprofessional and childish that was.
Even if it's a good argument, it won't do a thing when you let your emotions impact your words. It takes away from the message.

Oh, dear! It must be very frustrating for you. I am so sorry that this is such a monumental burden for you. This game seems to cause you nothing but frustration, anger, disappointment, negativity & grief. Sounds like your complaining isn’t getting the result hoped for so maybe it’s time to move on and stop playing UNITE & frequenting the UNITE boards since it makes you so overwhelmingly miserable 🥺 I sincerely hope you find a different game; one that caters to your need for everything to be perfectly balanced with only exceptional players who never, ever make mistakes. I actually agree with this statement
Pokémon removed a useful feature that could have been improved but instead they just got rid of it
This could (should) have been handled differently
But attacking the company and everyone else that doesn't treat them the way you do is absolute rubbish
It makes you and all that side with you look bad and childish, not to be taken seriously and ignored
We can have a disagreement without insults
We can express ourselves without being rude
But people like you should keep opinions to yourself of you can't be respectful
