I don't mean your favorite Pokémon that have a shiny form (and before someone says it, I know all Pokémon has a shiny Pokemon form), I mean strictly based on the how the Shiny design looks, what three Pokémon has the best?
Me personally is;
1: Hisuian Zoroark
2: Charizard
3: Rayquaza and Koriadon tie
