Idle detector is broken again
It's not detecting people going AFK even when a min or two go by with reports.

do you play this game at all? Do you know that these replies are not only deeply unhelpful, they are patronizing and aggravating? Do you understand that literally every RANKED match has idle players who aren’t penalized? This is actively ruining the player experience and all you say is for us to put in a ticket where there will be no resolve

Still even you if try doing a support ticket they do nothing but not acknowledge it just be lazy with we can't add everything stuff adding in excuses and will send it to devs an we won't discuss it more with you reply regardless how many times you send a email to them. Poor support quality. This twice I got the same lame response on issues for afking. I seriously think it bot AI handled not by a human representative cared for. Even the best moba care like LOL or Dota or the new Dragon Ball Moba or Smite 2 or overwatch 1/2 they care for such feedbacks. Mods should be fired here for lack of information or defending a broken poor support that refuses players input waste of our time to support something.
