Will any Pokémon be able to use Dynamax and Tera in Pokémon Champions?

I know it's more likely they're just going to use the regulation sets for tera battles but I think opening tera to all Pokémon could lead to interesting combos that weren't possible before.

    We know we get Terrastylization and Mega Evolution, but we don't know about Maxing and Z-Moves. I hope all gimmicks are available because after watching the anime make them collide, I've been wwondering how it would function in the games. Could a Mega really match a Max? Would Z-Moves do a lot of damage to a Max? Would there be enough of a stat change for a Mega to tank Z-Moves? Terrastylizing doesn't affect stats, so how would it handle against the other three gimmicks? I WANT TO KNOW!!!

    Yeah Tera shedninja would be a bit hard but one mold breaker and it’s dead.
