Cannot execute a move while standing on a jumping platform (central path)

A scenario that you have a tiny remaining HP and you are running from an enemy that is chasing you, you couldn't do a UNITE(?) or a move that can dash or stun while you're at a jumping platform (in the central path platforms near Top/Bottom). The use of moves will be available only if you step out from it.

But for the superjump platform, when you activate it, I think it was intended to disable the moves temporarily, to prevent movement from a platform that you want jump to another location.
