Make Pack points usable

As a small (20-50/mth + premium pass) spender, pack points have become useless for me. By the time I accumulate enough points (about 400 per miniset, 900 on new sets) cards become Tradeable. But I’m no where near enough for a 2 star/immersive. pack points ideas:
1- universal points system
OR
2- apply points to the full sets + mini sets (I.e. usable for A3, A3a, a3b), and become usable for any A pack after a set B release
