Shuckle DMG negation Bug

I was in a PvP match using my Shuckle EX deck. I was fighting against an Espeon EX deck, and the -20 DMG worked as normal initially. However, when an Eevee bag was used, instead of the ATK doing 90 - 20 (70) it dealt the full 90 DMG. This of course isn't what should happen based on either the Shuckle, nor Eevee bag card descriptions.
