Articuno blocks pesky abilities like Dragapult's phantom dive from hitting your benched basic team rocket pokemon, Mimikyu can threaten terra pokemon by stealing their own attacks…extremely useful when fighting a Dragapult or Hydreigon user. Spidops can be a late game fakeout as he either set up Mewtwo's erasure ball…or become a threat himself.

6 team rocket pokemon in play puts Spidops's rocket rush at 180 damage or use Spidops to recover basic energy that you can discard to power up Mewtwo's attack
