Don't be a show gloat- like being overly dramatic about something, like winning/losing

I guess I should elaborate. No matter how good you are at your role, a team will fail if they don’t collaborate and play together as a cohesive unit. Doesn't matter how good an individual player is if someone is off farming or defending a goal solo while the rest of the team is one man down on the bot lane and feeding the opponents to level up. Know what I mean? Maybe that’s a no-brainier, but it seems rare.

Adaptability is key, there are so many different matchups, so you need to be ready to adjust to anything.

I think the most important skill is game knowledge. You have to know your Pokémon’s states, their type, their moves, and you have to know most things for your opponent’s Pokémon too.
