Account Transfer

Is there any way I can transfer Live progress from one account to another? I can't change my current account's screen name, so I was wondering if I could make a new account with the name I want and somehow get all of my cards, tokens, progress, etc. transferred there.

Thank you for the assistance, but I have already reached out and given a good reason to change my screen name. They said that they could do so, but I need to provide a photo of a government-issued ID. I obviously don't feel comfortable doing this, especially when the exposure of personally identifiable information is one of the reasons screen name changes are allowed. Is there any alternative? If I could just keep my TCG Live cards/decks, I would be glad to move to a new account.
