Why dose Mew EX attack Genome Hacking actually hit Crustle w/ Mysterious Rock Inn ability? Mew is still an EX, so the damage should be negated.

Because of the attack it's copying. If Crustle had any run-of-the-mill attack, you'd be right, Mew ex would do no damage copying it with Genome Hacking. However, Crustle's attack is such that it isn't affected by ANY effects on the defending Pokémon. This includes, say, Abilities that ignore damage.

In summary, Mew ex is copying Crustle's attack, which is unaffected by any effects, including the effect of Crustle's Ability.
