Possible theory about “Project Bauer” from the Teraleak
It is possible that project Bauer was an unfinished movie that likely stopped due to the pandemic for the Pokémon movies slowed down this time.
It is also possible that this project was a prototype, hoax, or a misinterpretation.
I saw a Pokémon that the girl (Akari) was holding was rumored to be called “Aperon” with a Mew in disguise, and it says on the image of this project "an upside down city" which is probably a city from the Johto region in my speculation.

I hope TPC goes back to making movies eventually. They were such an interesting look into how the world of Pokemon works, outside of focusing on the anime protagonists.

It's been a long while since we see a new anime pokemon movie. However, the movie got cancelled due to Horizons' performance and the leak. The movie does have an interesting concept for a prototype however.
