Ideas for a new Format: Simplified

So the idea for the format is to have the game be more simple. Rule box Pokémon are not allowed and you can only have one type of Pokémon per deck. You can have the max of 4 copies of a single card. But I have been wondering something, should it be 4 prizes + 40 cards or 6 prizes + 60 cards in a deck?

So, ideas, thoughts?

There are 3 or 4 largely proven great formats and none of those are in game (or fully supported)... why would they add an unknown format? I would simply much prefer existing formats like Expanded, Theme, Legacy, GLC, etc.

Thanks for the input, but I’ll still be continuing with this format. You never know what will happen until you try it. And what my love ones say
