My favorite is Porygon for several reasons: I have a lot of nostalgia towards it from some of the early games like Pokémon Snap, I like computers so its general theming of computer graphics and cyberspace appeals to me (plus, technically speaking, because both in and out of universe it's made of computer data you could argue that Porygon is one of the few Pokémon to actually be real), and also I feel sorry for it because of how it was banned from the anime due to the epilepsy incident.

I’m pretty indecisive when it comes to favorites and it’s changed overtime, but Furret and Archeops are definitely two my favorite Pokémon.

Cinder, my Cinderace.
Since Sword, I met the little gremlin setting the field on fire, then his cocky little pose. I couldn't even pronounce Scorbunny. Thought he was Scorchbunny. I beat my first Gym Leader side by side with him. I didn't take long before he was a Raboot- the hoodied little emo rabbit that I loved with all my heart. I carried on to watch him evolve again, into a proud, ready-to-roll, Cinderace, feet on fire. I took down the Darkest Day and Rose alongside what is genuinely one of my oldest friends. Every member of my team has a special meaning to me.
But Cinder is my partner. From my first gym battle against Milo, to his evolutions, to beating my friend that I always admired his skill at Pokémon, to him being my first ever Level 100, to every time he's got me back up.0 -
My favorite Pokémon is definitely Charizard. He has a really cool design and the fire type is one of my favorites.
