For best balancing max use of passive should be 1. Thats what a passiv meant to be. New meta is For stupid ppl. Spammen pokemon with passivs and win. Wow since new meta the game sucks because of.passive over use. Chance the game pls. You messed up

Like any other similar card game with time it gets more and more unbalanced... now you complain about how passive is implemented, tomorow will be something else... so you either adapt to the meta or you will be left behind. That's just how this card games are.
If you really don’t like it and you're not having fun at all, better to just stop playing for good or until the rotation (if they will ever do a rotation similar to the original game).
