Bug, no loading in game since Alcremie Update

I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets into a ranked match and NEVER load into the game. It has caused me to lose so many rank points, 😭 and even makes the whole match bad. I hope I'm not the only one ...?

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon UNITE from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the bottom of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
